Job Overview:
The Business Support Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of business support functions and enhancing client relations. This role requires a highly organised and proactive individual with strong leadership skills to manage administrative tasks, support client interactions, and contribute to strategic business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Oversee and manage day-to-day business support operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- 2. Coordinate and support various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- 3. Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans to enhance service delivery to clients.
- 4. Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management.
- 5. Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation related to business operations and client services.
- 6. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- 7. Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of administrative staff.
- 8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- 9. Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- 10. Support financial management activities, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- 11. Facilitate internal and external communication and collaboration to enhance client relationships.
Qualifications:
- – Bachelor’s / master’s degree in Management, science, public health management or a related field.
- – Proven experience in a business support or administrative management role.
- – Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- – Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- – Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- – Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- – Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- – Experience in the healthcare sector or with B2B client management is a plus.
